Sales Executive — B2B Corporate Gifting Now Hiring

Location: 1817, Bhutani Office Tower, Sector 32, Noida | Salary: ₹25,000/month + Performance Commission | Experience: MBA Freshers with Sales Internship welcome

As a Sales Executive at Mufubu, you will receive semi-qualified B2B leads from the founder and convert them into orders. You will pitch, follow up, and close deals with HR managers, procurement heads, and event agencies across India.

What You Will Do:

  • Receive qualified B2B leads and convert them into orders
  • Understand client requirements — product type, budget, quantity, branding specs
  • Recommend the right Mufubu product and share catalogues and pricing
  • Follow up consistently over WhatsApp and phone until closure
  • Maintain a daily lead tracker and update pipeline status regularly
  • Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business

What We're Looking For:

  • MBA / PGDM — Marketing or Sales (Freshers with sales internship welcome)
  • Strong communication in Hindi — confident and persuasive
  • Comfortable on WhatsApp and phone calls with B2B decision-makers
  • Self-driven — follows up without being told, takes ownership of outcomes

Salary & Growth:

  • Fixed: ₹25,000/month
  • Commission: 5% on monthly revenue above ₹5,00,000 — top performers earn ₹35,000+/month
  • Growth Path: Sales Executive → Senior Sales Executive (6 months) → Sales Team Lead (12 months)

Working Hours: Monday to Saturday | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM | Work From Office

Inside Sales Manager

  • Source New Sales Opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Connect with existing customers for Re-orders and communicating about new products and offers.
  • Understand Customer Needs and Requirements.
  • Route Qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure.
  • Close Sales and achieve quarterly targets
  • Research Accounts, identify Key players and generate interest.
  • Maintain and Expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
  • Team with Channel Partner to build pipeline and close sales.

Experience Needed: 3-5 Years
Location: Noida
CTC: 3,60,000 Annual

Tele-Caller (B2C Sales)

  • Abandoned Cart Process: Convert Website Leads into Orders.
  • COD Confirmation Process; Ensuring genuinity of Cash on Delivery Orders before order processing.
  • NDR: Resolving Customer issues and ensuring all packages are being delivered.
  • Submitting Daily MIS in designated format

Experience Needed: 1-2 Years
Location: Noida
CTC: 2,50,000 Annual
