Inside Sales Manager
- Source New Sales Opportunities through inbound lead follow up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Connect with existing customers for Re-orders and communicating about new products and offers.
- Understand Customer Needs and Requirements.
- Route Qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executive for further development and closure.
- Close Sales and achieve quarterly targets
- Research Accounts, identify Key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and Expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory.
- Team with Channel Partner to build pipeline and close sales.

Tele-Caller (B2C Sales)
- Abandoned Cart Process: Convert Website Leads into Orders.
- COD Confirmation Process; Ensuring genuinity of Cash on Delivery Orders before order processing.
- NDR: Resolving Customer issues and ensuring all packages are being delivered.
- Submitting Daily MIS in designated format
