Welcome to www.mufubu.com. By using this website or placing an order with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
In these Terms, "you" / "User" means the person accessing this website or placing an order. "We", "us", "our" means Chitra Sales Private Limited, operating the Mufubu brand, with its office at 1817, Bhutani Office Tower, Sector 32, Noida – 201301.

2. TRADEMARKS & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Mufubu and all related logos, graphics, and content on www.mufubu.com are the property of Chitra Sales Private Limited. You may not reproduce, copy, or use any part of this website for commercial purposes without written permission.
3. ORDERS & PAYMENTS All orders are custom-manufactured to your specifications and are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment and written approval of artwork/branding files. We reserve the right to decline any order. All payments must be made through our approved payment methods. Prices are subject to change; confirmed orders are billed at the agreed price at the time of booking.
4. PRODUCTION & DELIVERY Delivery timelines begin from the date of advance payment and artwork approval. Standard lead time is 10–21 working days depending on order size. We dispatch pan-India via reputed logistics partners. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the courier. Mufubu is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.
5. CUSTOMISATION & ARTWORK By submitting artwork, logos, or branding files, you confirm you own or have the right to use them and that they do not infringe any third-party rights. You grant us a limited licence to reproduce your artwork solely to manufacture your order.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Our liability in all cases is limited to the value of your confirmed order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
9. MODIFICATIONS We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of this website or placement of orders constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
