At Mufubu, all our bags, backpacks, laptop bags, corporate gift sets, and accessories are manufactured to order. We do not maintain ready stock. Every order is custom-made to your branding specifications and quantity requirements.
Delivery Timelines

Timelines begin only after receipt of advance payment and approved artwork/branding files.
Shipping Coverage
We dispatch pan-India via reputed courier and logistics partners to all major cities and most pin codes across India. For large B2B shipments, we may arrange dedicated freight logistics based on your delivery location and order size.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on order weight, volume, and delivery destination. Final charges will be communicated at the time of order confirmation and included in your proforma invoice. For large bulk orders, shipping is often included or subsidised — please ask our team when placing your enquiry.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive courier tracking details via WhatsApp or email. You can also track your order at Track My Order.
Damaged Goods in Transit
If you receive a shipment that appears damaged, please photograph the damage at the time of receipt and contact us within 48 hours:
