Returns & Cancellation Policy
Mufubu has an Easy Returns policy. We will gladly accept any unused product in its original packing within 48 hours of delivery, subject to the below conditions.
Products can be returned if:
- You have received a damaged product: A product can get damaged in transit and while we do ensure best possible quality controls, sometimes a damaged product might go unnoticed.
- A delivered product is different than the ordered product.
On returns, we reserve the right to send you a replacement or refund the product amount.

10 A.M. to 6:30 P.M (Monday – Friday)
11 A.M - 2P.M (Saturday)
Your refund will be issued within 2 working days of receiving the package with us in secured, undamaged and unused condition.
We shall ship you the exchanged product on a new order id, once we receive the return package as per the guidelines.
Refusal to accept COD Packages
Items, once ordered will be shipped within 48 hours. It will be reaching your address as per the tracking details and it will make 3 attempts of delivery. In case you aren't available to accept, the courier partner will be contacting you to schedule the delivery at a suitable time. In case of failed delivery, you may be disallowed to further place COD orders on our Website.
We strongly recommend you to create a video while opening the package as any discrepancy of any sort in the content of the package shall only be entertained with the video proof.
Terms & Conditions for Return
- The final decision on whether a returned item will be approved or rejected lies completely with Mufubu’s Quality Assurance Team.
- The returned items will only be accepted in their original packaging, which includes bags, tags, boxes, invoices, documentations, warranty cards (if any), all accessories, and all the things that were present when the item was delivered to you.
- The product you're returning must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition. If it is used, damaged, soiled or altered, the return won't be processed and the items will be sent back to you.
- PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT THE PACKAGE IN DAMAGED OR SOILED CONDITION.
- Products in sets cannot be returned individually.
- If we are unable to send you a replacement of the item that you have returned, we will offer you a refund for the same.
- Please note that the products might look different from the ones you see on the website.
- If you've purchased a Mufubu product from Amazon/Flipkart/Snapdeal or any other seller/marketplace - please contact them directly to learn about their returns and refunds policy.
- The Company's liability for damages shall be restricted only upto repair/replacement of the defective piece and in no event and under no circumstances it shall exceed the price paid (after discounts, if any) by the customer to the Company for the damaged piece stated in the invoice/cash memo.
In an unexpected event of Order Cancellation during transit or at the time of delivery, there will be a deduction from the refund made which is as below.
PREPAID ORDERS: The refund will be made after deducting 15% of the Order value to cover the cost of shipping and payment processing charges.
COD ORDERS: There will be a 15% charge implied on the customer. In case of failed delivery, you may be disallowed to further place COD orders on our Website.
