CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

At Mufubu (Chitra Sales Private Limited), all products are manufactured to order and customised to your brand specifications. Please read this carefully before placing your order.

1. CANCELLATION Orders can only be cancelled before production begins. Once you have approved the artwork and production has started, cancellation is not possible as materials and capacity are committed to your order. To cancel before production starts, contact us immediately at info@mufubu.com or +91-93153 68515 (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM). If successfully cancelled before production, advance payments are refunded within 7–10 working days, minus any design or sampling costs already incurred.

2. RETURNS Since every product is custom-manufactured to your specifications, we do not accept returns on correctly produced orders. Returns are only accepted if: (a) the product has a manufacturing defect, (b) the product does not match the approved artwork or specifications, or (c) goods were damaged in transit.

3. REPORTING A PROBLEM Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@mufubu.com or +91-93153 68515. Please share your order number, clear photographs of the issue, and a brief description. Our quality team will respond within 2–3 working days.

4. RESOLUTION On approval of a valid claim, we will either replace the defective or incorrect units, or issue a credit note — at our discretion. No cash refunds are issued on custom orders except for fully approved defective batches.
