Do you help in New Product Development and What are your Sampling Charges?
We boast of a 24 Hours sampling facility, where we keep doing new product development and sampling of new styles. We charge a nominal fees for sampling to cover our overhead and material costs involved, which is refunded when you place a bulk order.
What are your Minimum Order Quantities?

What are the benefits on repeat orders?
We welcome repeat orders from our customers and we offer them free sampling for new product development. Not just that, they are entitled discounts on the repeat orders too. Please discuss with our sales manager for more details
Do I get any benefit, if I recommend a B2B (Bulk) Customer?
We will give you between 3-10% when your recommended lead places an order with us. Please discuss with same with our Sales Manager for more details.
What are your lead times?
Lead times depend on product to product. However we have an average lead time of 2-4 weeks to complete an order except any specific special order.
Do you have ready stock for immediate purchase?
Yes, we always carry in-demand Backpacks, Duffles, Laptop Bags, Sling Bags etc in ready stocks. Please call our sales manager and ask for available options in your budget.
What is the assurance that you do not sell our product designs to other customers?
We are 100% ethical and very strong in principle of maintaining privacy for our customers. We are happy to sign an Non Competition NDA for any product design supplied by you. We respect and value your business and Intellectual Properties.
