Can I get a sample before placing a bulk order?
Yes. Mufubu provides a physical sample with your logo for approval before production begins. Sample lead time is 3–7 working days. Sampling charges may apply and are typically adjusted against the bulk order value.

Does Mufubu offer OEM and ODM manufacturing?
Yes. OEM: We manufacture your custom-designed bags to your specifications. ODM: We develop the design brief based on your use case and brand requirements. Both available under NDA.

What bag materials does Mufubu work with?

Can I order less than 300 units?
For orders below MOQ, Mufubu offers stock rucksacks and select styles without customisation. Custom branded orders require a minimum of 300 units for most categories.

Pricing & Payment

How much do custom branded bags cost in India?
Non-woven tote bags: ₹80–120/unit at 500 units. Jute tote bags: ₹150–250/unit. Canvas backpacks/laptop bags: ₹350–800/unit. Premium backpacks with embroidery: from ₹600/unit. Joining kit sets: from ₹800/unit. Request a specific quote via WhatsApp.

What are Mufubu's payment terms?
50% advance to confirm order and begin sampling. Balance 50% payable before dispatch. We accept NEFT, RTGS, and UPI. GST invoice issued for all transactions.

Does Mufubu offer GST invoicing?
Yes. All orders come with proper GST invoices under Chitra Sales Private Limited. GSTIN provided on request.

Delivery & Lead Times

How long does it take to receive a bulk order?
Sampling: 3–7 days. Bulk production: 15–35 days. Dispatch and delivery: 2–5 days pan-India. Most standard bulk orders are delivered within 25–40 days of order confirmation.

Does Mufubu deliver across India?
Yes. Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, and all other cities. Large orders can be dispatched simultaneously to multiple locations.
