What You Will Do
Research and identify B2B decision-makers on LinkedIn — HR managers, procurement heads, event agencies, startup founders
Send personalised, human connection requests and follow-up messages — not templates, not spam
Build and maintain a daily outreach tracker (30-50 outreach actions per day)
Start genuine conversations and hand warm, interested prospects to the Sales Executive team
Refine messaging based on response rates and feedback from the founder
Support email outreach campaigns alongside LinkedIn activity
This role is about quality conversations, not volume blasting. Your words open doors.
What We Are Looking For
Must Have:
MBA / PGDM — any specialisation (Freshers welcome)
Strong written English — can write a message that sounds human, not templated
Active LinkedIn user — understands the platform naturally
Organised and self-disciplined — maintains a daily tracker without being reminded
Female candidates preferred
Good to Have:
Prior internship in LinkedIn outreach, social selling, B2B lead generation, or digital marketing
Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Basic content writing skills — can draft a LinkedIn post with a brief
Salary & Growth
Fixed Salary: Rs 20,000/monthDirect mentorship from the founder on outreach strategy and B2B sales psychologyPerformance review at 90 days with clear growth criteria
Growth Path: Sales Outreach Executive → Business Development Executive (6 months) → Business Development Manager (12-18 months)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

What You Will Do
Receive semi-qualified B2B leads from the founder and convert them into confirmed orders
Understand client requirements — product type, budget, quantity, branding specs
Recommend the right Mufubu product and share catalogues and pricing
Follow up consistently over WhatsApp and phone until closure
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth order execution after booking
Maintain a daily lead tracker and update pipeline status regularly
Build long-term client relationships for repeat business
This is not a passive role. You will be expected to own your leads and close them.
What We Are Looking For
Must Have:
MBA / PGDM — Marketing or Sales (Freshers with sales internship welcome)
At least one sales internship — B2B, inside sales, telesales, or corporate sales preferred
Strong communication in Hindi — confident, clear, and persuasive
Comfortable on WhatsApp and phone calls with business decision-makers
Self-driven — follows up without being told, takes ownership of outcomes
Good to Have:
Exposure to product-based B2B, corporate gifting, manufacturing, or FMCG
Basic familiarity with Google Sheets or any CRM tool
Experience sending quotes, product catalogues, or follow-up sequences
Salary & Growth
Fixed Salary: Rs 25,000/monthPerformance Commission: 5% on monthly revenue above Rs 5,00,000Example: Close Rs 7 Lakhs in a month = Rs 25,000 base + Rs 10,000 commission = Rs 35,000 total
Growth Path: Sales Executive → Senior Sales Executive (6 months) → Sales Team Lead (12 months)
