What You Will Do

  • Research and identify B2B decision-makers on LinkedIn — HR managers, procurement heads, event agencies, startup founders
  • Send personalised, human connection requests and follow-up messages — not templates, not spam
  • Build and maintain a daily outreach tracker (30-50 outreach actions per day)
  • Start genuine conversations and hand warm, interested prospects to the Sales Executive team
  • Refine messaging based on response rates and feedback from the founder
  • Support email outreach campaigns alongside LinkedIn activity

This role is about quality conversations, not volume blasting. Your words open doors.

What We Are Looking For

Must Have:

  • MBA / PGDM — any specialisation (Freshers welcome)
  • Strong written English — can write a message that sounds human, not templated
  • Active LinkedIn user — understands the platform naturally
  • Organised and self-disciplined — maintains a daily tracker without being reminded
  • Female candidates preferred

Good to Have:

  • Prior internship in LinkedIn outreach, social selling, B2B lead generation, or digital marketing
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Basic content writing skills — can draft a LinkedIn post with a brief

Salary & Growth

Fixed Salary: Rs 20,000/month
Direct mentorship from the founder on outreach strategy and B2B sales psychology
Performance review at 90 days with clear growth criteria

Growth Path: Sales Outreach Executive → Business Development Executive (6 months) → Business Development Manager (12-18 months)

  • Office: 1817, Bhutani Office Tower, Sector 32, Noida — 201301
  • Working Days: Monday to Saturday
  • Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Mode: Work From Office (no remote)
