What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ starts at 100 units for joining kits and 300 units for backpacks, laptop bags, duffle bags, and totes. Smaller quantities are considered case-by-case — WhatsApp us your requirement and we'll advise.

How long does production take?

3–7 days for a physical sample. 15–35 days for production after sample approval. Rush delivery available for pre-approved orders — we've dispatched 4,000 units in 72 hours for event clients. Always share your deadline upfront.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes, every order comes with a full GST-compliant invoice. GSTIN: 09AADCC4838Q1Z0. We are also MSME registered (UDYAM-UP-28-0018316) and IEC certified (510016928) for export orders.

Can I get a sample before placing the full order?

Yes — and we strongly recommend it. We manufacture a physical sample per your spec in 3–7 days. Sample cost is charged separately but adjusted against the bulk order if you proceed. Nothing goes to production without your written approval on the sample.

Will my design stay confidential?

Always. We sign NDAs before production begins for all custom orders. Your design, specs, and branding are never shared with, resold to, or repurposed for any other client.

Do you deliver pan-India?

Yes. We deliver to all 28 states and 8 UTs. For multi-city deliveries (e.g., different cities simultaneously for a national rollout), we handle all logistics. We've delivered to 7 cities in 10 days on a single order.
